Disinfection after Scout/Recon

Considering the ample possibility that you will be splattered with or otherwise come into contact with infected blood during your scout/recon trips I think there needs to be some discussion over how to properly decontaminate not just your weaponry but your clothes and yourself as well. I'm a big advocate of wearing full length clothes and protective gear for your mouth, eyes, and ears all the same you may get some infected blood on you during your travels. What I was wondering was if anyone had any good ideas about how to accomplish a more thorough full body decontamination that doesn't involve having to strip naked and get hit with a pressure washer or delousing powder.?

I like the idea of steam sterilization for your clothing and I think someone at some point previously had talked about coal powered auotclaves, but everything would have to be pre-shrunk material so you wouldn't shrink it down to unwearable proportions, also I think steam may be too harsh for certain materials. I like iodine as a disinfectant for your skin, should kill just about anything I imagine. Still I think the topic is worth discussing. How do we manage a full decontamination of everyone in our units/groups in a timely and relatively noninvasive manner?
