YEah, Resident evil scared the shit out of me when the lickers were crawling through the shadows on the ceiling and dropping down on ya in the Police Station.

The first Resident Evil where you are walking down the hallway and the dogs jump through the windows. Scares me every time! :)

The time I was playing the game based of Romero's movie Land of The Dead. I had run out of .357 ammo and all I had was a hammer and and lever action .22 rifle... And I had to walk through a stinking corn field. One second I was alone. Turned around to check my 6 and BAM! Zombie in my grill, I turned to run and BAM, got surrounded. Freaked me out man.

Resident Evil 4, if you go to the end of the dock on the lake and shoot at the fish in the water, it starts an interesting sequence of movie that will scare the crud out of you. Oh yeah, save your game first.

....I remember when I found that out... Was low on herbs and didn't wanna fight Del Lago without food... Was trying to shoot some fish and they started to p*ss me off... So I pulled out my TMP and unloaded it on the water... I jumped clear out into the hallway... Also when you're going through the hedge maze in the castle, after you get the half of the emblem from the fountain on ground level and are heading back to the bridge and those wolves jump out of the hedges... Although when that scared me I did a quick draw shot and knocked them down.

Thats one of those times... And when you're getting that key from the interrogation room and it bursts through the"mirror" ... I knew something was going to, I just didnt know what...
In three when you're leaving the police station after getting the lockpick and Nemesis bursts through the window...
I dont remember anything from 0, the dog bursting through the window in 1 did make me jump...
Then there was my first time playing L4D, I've never been a fan of first person shooters, I hate not having peripherals, Going down the steps off of the roof of no mercy, I was trying to get the CPU to head out before me just in case, well I pushed... I think it was louis out the door and walked up to the top of the stairs... And the door exploded in my face...

I dont think dead space counts as zombies but mine would be on that. I was fighting one thing and i turned aroudn to kick it and about 15 fell fro the ceiling and surrounded me the second i turned around

Oh, man. so many moments from the RE's, all of em are great. But the game that constantly kept me jumping was Dead Space. I think alien space zombies still count.
I'd gotta say the first time i saw a tank in l4d... I neerly cr@ped my pants... Zombies are awesome XD
any moment involving the Karma charger in L4D2 (the charger that comes out of nowhere and kills you after you ditch a party member and they become zombie chow). All of silent hill, damn you pyramid head.

I think scariest moment I've had with zombies in a videogame is when I was playing Doom 3. I was walking down a hallway and a Commando Zombie came out of the doorway in front of me.
Another really scary zombie moment was in Half-Life 2 when a zombie walked up behind me and I didn't notice until it was too late.
Same here then again my friends and i weren't exactly all there in a way to begin with. lol. We ended up running out of the house screaming.
