I figured we could start a to-do list here. These are the things necessary to move the site, not a "to be 100% complete" list. There are some enhancements/improvements we can do once the domain is moved.
Big things:
Finish installing modules - This will take a while to do... Perhaps another few moinths after we get the site up and running. Then we may add more modules in the future. - NIE
Upload data
USER data uploaded. Article move in progress. Content move will be manual.
Bug Fixes
Fixed unable to post new forum topic bug done
Fixed image upload bug done, still presents error, but works. Error related to drupal 6 on php 5.3
Finish navigation
* re-design main links for top bar NOT done There are a lot of Navigation changes still needing to be finished. I will report when they are finished. - NIE
* Add forums, books, etc to left side nav. Do we really want to do that? Add them in the Main Menu... - NIE
Fix minor things

Favicon (unknown why its not working. Its a file called favicon.ico in the root folder.) - Done. - NIE
top nav bar height needs to be reduced by a few pixels. What part of the nav bar? - NIE

The recent posts box bypasses 90% of the site's content. It keeps the same ten posts at the top, while the rest of the amazing content we've all worked so hard to write, and now carry over to a new server never gets seen.
If you MUST see "recent posts" you can click the link under your username on the left hand nav.
